On The Day Coordination
This will be to run through all the suppliers you have chosen to work with and what you exactly you require from us on the day. We will produce a list of requirements together.
Please note: There is no pressure at this point to move forward if you do not wish to.
LIASE WITH SUPPLIERS
As a consequence of our initial meeting, at this stage we will use the list we have composed to chat with all your suppliers and gather every detail from them.
At this stage we will formulate a detailed schedule for the day, outlining timing, suppliers and contact details.
This will be with suppliers and the venue in person. This is not always required, but we decide this on an individual basis.
This will be conducted prior to your date and/or the day before the event. Again, this is just for reassurance that everything is in line and the venue can cater for everything you have ordered.
EVENT COORDINATION (MORNING, DAY & EVENING)
Dependent on how many site staff you decide to have on the day, they will be there to manage all suppliers and ensure everything is set up correctly on the day. They will also be the main point of contact to answer any questions.
Staff will be there throughout the day until all guests have left. They will be your go-to for any questions, be directing guests and ensuring the venues and suppliers are all running on time.
