Teepee Open Day & Photo Shoot
On Friday 27th March 2015, Teepee Tent Hire was taking part in their 1st photo shoot!
The photo shoot was in conjunction with an open day at Brindle Lodge Hoghton, Preston, Lancashire.
The photo shoot was a collaboration of the many fantastic suppliers that Teepee Tent Hire work with, to create the amazing event spaces for many of our customers!
Carol from 'Itsy Bitsy' worked her magic on the tipi, with her fantastic eye for detail to create this vintage come tea party wedding design using some pieces from Ellie at 'Queen of Hearts Crockery' . Carol created some beautiful eye-catching vintage displays with her quirky and unique props combined with the exquisite, tasteful and utterly beautiful flowers arranged by Bev at 'Ashton Flower Shop' in Preston. The flowers 'Wow'd us all and many of our viewers who came to see the teepee's on the open day!
The delicate and pretty chinaware on the tables added individuality and was a beautiful personal touch that both Carol and Ellie brought to the teepee!
Carol created and dressed a fabulous cake table with bakes and designs donated by ‘Darwen Deli’. They created a variety of designs with one of our personal favourites being the ‘naked cake’! showing the natural look of the sponge with the jam and cream ‘oozing’ out in-between the sponge layers! Every team member found resisting the cake one of the most challenging parts of the day, especially on tea break!
The photographer was Johnny Bean from 'Johnathan Bean Photography', one of the photographer’s we recommend to our customers for events, as he is very talented and has a fantastic flair for the quirky and vintage styled photography, which is what many of our customers look for, when capturing images for their event or occasion.
We also had the gorgeous Mildred VW camper van featuring in the photo shoot with owners Craig and Joy from ‘Just Joy Events’. The camper van had been beautifully and sympathetically restored to a high quality and would be perfect for those wanting to complete the vintage look for their event, by rocking up in the beautiful Mildred!
