Wedding & Event Planning - By Teepee Tent Hire!

On Saturday 15th September, our new ICEOS qualified event planner Emma, took on her first Teepee wedding ... And oh what a wedding it was!!!

Not only did Emma and the team have the huge challenge of initially preparing the Teepee for Jonny and Katies ceremony, they then had to spin the room round in an hour ready for the Wedding Breakfast...ALL ON CAMERA!

Teepee tent hire were contacted by a groom three weeks ago who turned out to be staring on the popular channel 4 TV show 'Don't tell the Bride'. We were given a strict time frame of 3 weeks, to meet a strict budget; style the interior of the teepee & co-ordinate the entertainment, catering, celebrant, chocolate fountain, venue & florists along with Jonny's help.

The team were not fazed by the glaring cameras and executed the event efficiently and professionally in true Teepee Tent Hire fashion. The event was described by guests as 'the perfect combination of rustic and elegance' who proceeded to request our brochure to help with their events in the future.

Above Emma stuck to a strict budget and combined seasonal Sunflowers with Gypsophelia and Eucalyptus creating a natural colour scheme which complemented the Bride and her bridesmaids perfectly. Emma also used hessian runners, small jars, lanterns, wooden planks, authentic books, and old-fashioned picture frames to create a perfect rustic feel which the groom requested.
